Privacy Policy
Effective August 10, 2026
Everwell ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile app that provides home strength and mobility routines. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Everwell currently collects only basic account information — for example, your name and email address when you create an account. We do not currently collect health, fitness, or biometric data (such as workout history, sit-to-stand results, or activity data) on our servers; any such data stays on your device unless a future version of the app states otherwise and this policy is updated accordingly.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account
- To provide, maintain, and improve the app
- To communicate with you about your account or updates to Everwell
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not share your information with third parties for advertising purposes
Data storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below. You may also delete your account directly within the app, where available.
Children's privacy
Everwell is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy as Everwell evolves — for example, if we begin offering optional health or fitness data tracking. We'll update the effective date above when changes are made.
Data controller
Everwell is provided by Functional Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17087761).
